sFactory 4.0 The Smart Injection Factory Solution
In the Chinaplas2019 exhibition, we will demonstrate a sophisticated sFactory 4.0-The Smart Injection Factory Solution, to produce the alarm light, which integrates injection molding, removing, stacking, conveying, packaging and logistics into one unit. The plant has two intelligent injection molding units that producing the alarm light holder and alarm light cover respectively. The alarm light holder is made of ABS and the alarm light cover is made of PC by injection molding. The alarm light components produced by two sets of IMMs can achieve full automatic removal, inspection and logistics via Shini automation solution. Besides, the small articulating robot and SCIG process semi-automatic feeding of the PCB material, and assemble alarm light on the external worktable with the light test. The qualified products are transported to the end, and the finished products are automatically packed by a robot, and the products are transported to the warehouse storage area by AGV along the set guiding path for logistic distribution.
This plan displays the latest developed sData system for data acquisition and monitoring of the injection factory, and integrates reliable software and hardware products such as central material handling system, central cooling water system, compressed air supply system, power distribution system, automation, energy monitoring, sLink and so on. Based on the intelligent injection molding unit, it incorporates all the monitoring functions of the auxiliary equipment into the control panel of the IMM. It can collect real-time production data through various flexible methods, store them in Mongodb database, and combine with the special calculation, analysis and statistical methods of the system to make detailed report and diagram of the manufacturing data and process, thus directly reflecting current or previous production status for a certain time, which can get more detailed data than traditional injection molding process. Besides, this system contains the intelligent machine function of auto optimization, and the whole production process relies the reliable tools for seamless data acquisition and networking to achieve energy consumption monitoring (e.g. refrigerant consumption monitoring, cold waterflow monitoring, cold water input and output temperature monitoring, power consumption monitoring and power real-time status monitoring), and injection process monitoring, etc. Through real-time data acquisition and transmission, it makes more transparent production, which can better improve the management of plant workflow. The acquisition, management, analysis and traceability of materials, products, energy consumption, and production data ensure all the parameters can be collected and saved in time, which is easy to realize data analysis and cost control of production process, and all these seemingly complicated processes can be completed via a few clicks.
